Do you carry both women’s and men’s pieces?

At Cheneki, we don’t see clothing as gendered. If you like it and you love how it fits on you, then it’s for you.
However, you’ll notice that we sometimes mention “men’s” or “women’s” in the description. That’s only to give you a size reference, since a men’s Small and a women’s Small, for example, fit very differently.
But in our shop, clothes don’t belong to a gender — they belong to whoever feels good wearing them.

How do I know if something will fit me?

We always include the size tag shown on the garment (when available), and we also add flat measurements (like pit-to-pit, length, waist, inseam, etc.) so you can compare with a piece you already own. Vintage sizing can vary a lot, so we recommend checking the measurements for the best fit.

What about stains, tears, or defects in vintage clothing?

All our pieces are carefully washed, inspected, and, when needed, repaired before we put them up for sale. That said, they are vintage — some signs of wear are part of their story. We do our very best to note any noticeable flaws in the description, but we’re human and it’s possible a small detail might slip through. If that ever happens, know it’s never intentional. Our goal is always to make sure you receive a piece you can wear and love.

Do you offer repairs if something comes undone later?

Yes! If a seam comes undone or a minor issue shows up after purchase, Cheneki offers free small repairs for our local customers. We believe in extending the life of each garment, so if your piece needs a quick stitch-up, we’ll gladly take care of it.

Why is vintage clothing more expensive than thrift stores?

At Cheneki, each piece is handpicked, inspected, cleaned, and sometimes repaired before being listed. What you’re paying for is not just a garment but the time, care, and curation behind it.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since all our items are one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. Please check the measurements and description carefully before purchasing. If you ever have questions about a piece, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help!

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the United States. All packages are sent with tracking so you can follow your piece on its way to you

Yes! We offer free local delivery on orders over $50 within select Portland zip codes. ✨
